We started in 2008 as a four-person customs and freight desk. Eighteen years later we run our own trucks, warehouses and brokerage, and we still answer the phone the same way.
Our story
Logistics is a people business that happens to own trucks.
Bintros began with a simple observation: most delays in Gulf logistics happen at the handovers between forwarder, broker, haulier and warehouse, and nobody owns the whole picture. So we set out to own it.
Customs came first, then warehousing in Jebel Ali, then our own road fleet, the Dubai South air hub and finally Abu Dhabi. Each step took away a handover our customers used to manage themselves.
We're still independent and privately owned, which means we choose our customers, our carriers and our investments for the long term, not the next quarter.

Founded in Jebel Ali as a four-person customs brokerage and freight desk.
2012
First own warehouse in JAFZA: 6,000 m² bonded storage.
2015
Road fleet launched with 20 trucks on the Dubai–Riyadh lane.
2018
Dubai South air cargo hub opens next to Al Maktoum International.
2021
Bintros House headquarters and 38,000 m² Contract Logistics Centre completed.
2023
Abu Dhabi KEZAD facility and project cargo yard open. UAE AEO status granted.
2025
41,000 TEU, 120 trucks and 340 people across three hubs.
