What we collect
When you request a quote or contact us we receive the details you send: your name, company, contact details and information about your shipment. This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How we use it
We use your details to answer your enquiry, prepare quotes, carry out shipments you book with us and meet our customs and legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Who we share it with
Only those who need it to move your cargo: carriers, customs authorities, agents and subcontractors acting for us, all bound by confidentiality.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries are kept for up to two years. Shipment and customs records are kept for as long as UAE law requires.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@bintros.ae and we'll respond within 30 days.
